Get the beer out then !!!!

Tim left late this morning for Trout Haven which is the support station just before the Kloof climb up to the top of the mountain, its 8km slog up hill carrying the bike. Tim will climb this tomorrow by the look of it in the rain and then do one additional climb before the downhill into Dimmersfontien. There will be the usual reception committee waiting for him with a beer, cigar and pizza and he will be presented with his finishers blanket for the 2012 Freedom Challenge. Tim has made another remarkable effort mostly on his own again, Tim has one of the strongest minds that I know and his quite, straight talking personality makes him one of the race's favorite characters. I know he will be glad to get in, I also know he is trying to work out his next challenge !!! I hope this one has an engine involved and weather of over 26 c !!!! The next post should be from Dimmer's
